ROi is looking for a high performing Business Analyst to perform analytics, project management, and Identify utilization trends to assist Category Managers in ensuring the needs of ROi customers are met.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

Analyst Responsibilities include:

  • Develops analytical tools and performance metrics to use in impact analyses.
  • Identify areas of opportunity within the current contract portfolio to increase   member compliance to drive savings and increase revenue.
  • Manages data from multiple sources including: Purchased Services software, benchmarking tools, revenue feeds, and suppliers.
  • Gathers data and produces accurate and timely impact analyses as well as product conversions.
  • Assist in development, analysis and evaluation of Requests for Proposals (RFPs), quotes, and bids.
  • Assist in the development of project management plans and assist in managing and reporting on progress.
  • Develops support tools using Excel and/or analytical software for implementation support, tracking and reporting of performance metrics for ROi Member savings and revenue opportunities.
  • Assists Category Managers with research initiatives for current and any potential opportunities within the contract portfolio.
  • Monitor market trends through data mining to assist Category Managers with contract enhancements and maximization
  • Design and create tables, charts, graphs and reports to support findings and develop recommendations
  • Design and create presentations to support department
  • Provide timely solutions to ad hoc requests
  • Interface with Members to align solutions to their processes

  • Education - Bachelor's degree
  • Experience - 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in supply chain or healthcare industry
  • Other Skills & Knowledge –
    • Must have high level of attention to detail, be flexible, and customer service oriented
    • Must be self-motivated with accountability and ownership of work
    • Must have strong communication and interpersonal skill to interact with teammates and/or Members
    • Strong analytical, database and spreadsheet skills
    • Competence with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
    • Process improvement skills
    • Project management skills
  • Preferred Education – Master’s degree
  • Preferred Experience – 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in supply chain or healthcare industry
  • Preferred Other Skills & Knowledge
    • Coding experience
    • Experience with other analytical software besides Excel (VBA, Tableau)
