Responsible for the development and execution of innovative Member Collaboration and Organizational Development solutions, as well as implementation of new business with prospective Members. Must have a thorough understanding of the contracts and services offered by ROI across all offerings. Indirectly manage ROI resources and engage subject matter experts and other pertinent co-workers in the achievement of individual and organizational goals. Develop a comprehensive Organizational Development program that allows ROi to retain the best talent.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field
Experience: Ten plus years (10+) of operational management experience within the Health-care Industry, with GPO experience strongly preferred.
Understanding of health-care GPO pricing and use of market basket comparative pricing analyses, proven ability to provide outstanding customer service and consultation.
Ability to build sustainable customer relationships and loyalty, ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel.
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, environment, self-motivated problem solver; approach projects, problems and issues in a logical/systemic manner; research issues to the lowest level to secure answers and resolve issues decisively, effective organization and time management skills including multi-tasking and the ability to set/adapt to changing priorities, ability to lead, direct and motivate team members to meet or exceed expectations and possess verbal and written communication skills to include: facilitating group discussions/presentations; and communicating complex and technical information in a clear, concise manner.
Travel: Ability to travel up to 50%
