The Field Account Rep 3 (FAR-3), under the direction of the Executive Director, Strategic Customer Relations, is responsible for creating an exceptional account management experience for large accounts, IDNs and collaborative networks.
Customer Relationship Management – The FAR-3 position is responsible for:
Goals - Responsible for achieving revenue/savings targets for ROi customers, optimizing ROi’s penetration within the customer. Role represents the breadth of ROi’s offerings, including – but not limited to – GPO, MIDS, ROi Workforce Solutions, IV Compounding, and Custom Procedure Solutions
Data/Reporting/Tools – FAR-3 is responsible for ensuring that documentation is accurate in ROi software/tools, such as Salesforce, MAP reporting, Collaboration Portal and any other systems related to customers within FAR-3’s breadth of responsibilities. Role must ensure that customers are receiving standard and custom reporting in order to meet objectives defined by ROi and customer.
Other - Performs other work duties as assigned

Minimum Required Qualifications
Ten years experience in health care supply chain
Other Skills and Knowledge:
Ability to cultivate relationships with ROi existing and prospective customers, project management, presentation skills, collaborative leadership, strong financial acumen, articulate communication skills, ability to interpret and analyze large volumes of data, can work independently, remotely and on-site at customer locations as needed
Master’s Degree a plus
Ten years experience in health care supply chain, with an emphasis in customer relationship management and/or health care sales
