Orchestrates the Ministry region's overall supply chain effort to respond effectively to the regional needs for financial stewardship balanced with clinical care delivery.
Works primarily with procurement, inventory, distribution, and hospital/entity department leadership to create a supply chain environment designed to reduce supply and equipment expenditures and improve supply chain efficiencies.
Assists the ROi/Mercy Operation Leadership with implementing new commercial account implementation or transitioning newly acquired business to ROi/Mercy with regard to the supply chain management.
Assists in developing and executing a supply chain strategy for both ROi/Mercy.
Responsible for developing and driving the supply chain improvement initiatives.
Responsible for managing the cycle count program at CSC, CDC, FDC & CPS (new stand alone facility) and demand forecasting for CPS, Rx Repack and IVC Compounding manufacturing operations.
CSC/CDC Springfield/Earth City average inventory value: $13M with sales of $175M.
FMOLHS Baton Rouge average inventory value: $4M with sales of $34M.
Manage a staff of 11 FTE's directly and 2 FTE's at FMOLHS indirectly.
Responsible for all returns and recalls for ROi.
