The Manager Business Intelligence is responsible for architecture, design, development, and maintenance of data warehousing and data mart, business intelligence reporting and analytics, and data integration systems and services for ROi. Working closely with all departments of ROi and members/customers from a strategic and tactical perspective, identifies and maximize opportunities to utilize information automation to improve business processes, promote the strategic use of information technology, and enable the business to meet its operational and strategic objectives. Effectively participates in a staff leadership role in the Technology, Information, and Business Solutions Department providing design and management guidance to all development staff. Ensures the development of standards and standard operating procedures for the business intelligence function and establishes formal project management and resource management methodologies.

Education: Bachelors degree in Business or related field
Experience: 3 years healthcare related experience3 years leadership experience in managing multiple crossfunctionalteams and projects in information systems solutiondelivery, and influencing senior level management and keystakeholders3 years experience managing or ensuring applicationoperational support
Other: broad and deep business intelligence experience and general knowledgeMust have excellent communication skills (written, oral and compassionate human relation skills) with the ability tocommunicate in a manner that puts non-technical co-workers at easeExcellent team playerAttention to detail and ability to handle confidential informationStrong issue resolution skills and ability to effectively handle conflictMust be able to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously in a high-pressure environment
