Responsibilities and Qualifications

Participate in utilization efforts to maximize value for a member, based on ROi contracts.  Work with member to identify opportunities and strategies to capture those opportunities. In rare instances, lead utilization efforts to capture value opportunities.

 

Pro-actively identify areas for professional development and recommendations for how to achieve those goals.  Identify and potentially initiate opportunities to develop new solutions to drive value for members.

 

Qualifications:

Because you’re committed to excellence, you understand the importance of being properly prepared for your role at Mercy. That’s why you’ll bring to your role the right set of qualifications:

 

Education - Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience

 

Experience - 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a product management, business development, contract management, or clinical role.

 

Other Skills & Knowledge - Deep understanding of health-care industry.  Experience negotiation contracts for products and or services.

 

Preferred Education - Master's degree or commensurate experience.  5 to 7 years relevant experience in a product management, business development, contract management, or clinical role.
