Responsibilities and Qualifications

Salesforce Administrator to act as a primary resource by providing ongoing support, maintenance and configuration for the existing ROi Salesforce platform.  This includes building applications, objects and fields, data management, core support functions, data analysis, enforcing data standards, sustaining user adoption and training.

 

  • Act as a subject matter expert to participate in business discussions relating to new functionality, system solutions or other broadly scoped initiatives.
  • Configure Salesforce, including custom objects and fields, page layouts, reports and dashboards, profiles and sharing rules, triggers, workflows and approval processes.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards.
  • Help develop and operate quality metrics to ensure the highest level of quality and consistency.
  • Provide first-level support to teams across the department including user administration, issue identification and issue resolution.
  • Manage data migration to/from Salesforce.
  • Evaluate, recommend and implement third party solutions and app exchange packages based on business request or project needs.
  • Troubleshoot and problem solve the issues related to Salesforce environment and app exchange application.
  • Lead efforts to develop training materials and deliver training to internal teams and users to expand use of Salesforce to optimize sales productivity and effectiveness resulting in enhanced user knowledge and competency.
  • Assist in the creation of user documentation and maintain ongoing system change documentation.
  • Assist with data maintenance through ongoing data analysis, data deduping and cleanup activities.
  • Develop positive working relationships with ROi’s contracting, sales, customer service and technology teams.

 

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Salesforce Administrator Experience
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.com including but not limited to:
    • Complex Reporting and Dashboard creation.
    • Implementation of Custom Applications.
    • Implementation of Profiles, Permission Sets, and Sharing Rules.
    • Ability to create complex formulas
    • Triggers.
    • Experience in building automation and workflows with Flow and Process Builder
    • Experience in writing Validation Rules.
    • Experience in both Classic and the Lightning Experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree, or in lieu of degree, substantial equivalent experience in business, supply chain management, customer relationship management or related fields.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and demonstrate compassionate human relations skills.
  • Familiarity with AGILE.
  • Ability to resolve issues with minimal oversight, natural problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with end users and stakeholders.
  • Experience debugging Force.com, including Apex triggers and classes, Process Builders, and Flow.
