Provide leadership, project management and expertise for a portfolio of Group Purchasing Agreements. Negotiate and implement Agreements primarily focused on Clinical Services area (Pharmacy,Radiology,Radiation Oncology) to include equipment, supplies or services purchased from the appropriate discipline. Efforts are focused on maximizing quality and service while achieving standardization, maximizing value and performance improvement.
Develops, negotiates, and manages a clinical services contract portfolio of national group purchasing contracts focusing on maximizing service and quality, minimizing cost, and integrating department goals with system objectives related to the acquisition of products and services.
Develops the project management for currently non-contracted opportunities for cost efficiency and performance improvement.
Works collaboratively with the key stakeholders and other corporate departments to execute contracts based on clinical, functional and cost management needs.
Communicates with the ROI Operations and Revenue Management Team to coordinate the implementation of contracts and the management of resulting savings and revenue.
Conducts quarterly or semi-annual business reviews as appropriate with vendor partners on existing contracts.
Performs all work in accordance with the mission and values of ROi.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field
Experience: Three years of contract development/management experience with a strong emphasis in the Clinical Services area (Pharmacy,Radiology and Radiation Oncology as appropriate)
Other: - Licensure that ARRT registered -Proven contract negotiation skills -Proficiency with business software tools including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. -Financial acumen coupled with detail orientation -Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups -Strong skills in consensus building -Excellent oral, written and presentation skills -Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
