Responsibilities and Qualifications

The Customer Service Coordinator provides high-quality, quick, and accurate supply chain and user interface support for ROi customers including Mercy and other commercial entities as assigned through proactive solutions and decision-making. Assists with daily customer relationships. Assists with customer and coworker training as required with utilization of the website. Communicates changes to processes, training, and provides guidance to customers and coworkers. Ensures accurate and timely processing of online orders. Performs related duties as assigned.




Because you’re committed to excellence, you understand the importance of being properly prepared for your role at Mercy. That’s why you’ll bring to your role the right set of qualifications:


  • High School Diploma
  • Two years of customer service experience in a retail or online store environment or other related position.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Strong basic computer skills, especially within the Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational skills. Excellent problem solving skills. Ability to quickly adapt to and implement change. Flexible work schedule.
