Responsibilities and Qualifications

Overview:


Under direct supervision of the CPS Senior Contract Manager, the CPS Contract Process Coordinator supports the Custom Pack Solutions (CPS) division of ROi. The Process Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the contracts within all CPS contract systems. The Process Coordinator facilitates communication of contract data to internal and external customers, including but not limited to: ROi vendors and distributors. The Process Coordinator will perform all duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with maximizing service and quality, minimizing costs and integrating individual department goals with ROi objectives. CORE COMPETENCIES: Applying contractual skills as well as Excel knowledge to effectively perform job responsibilities. Customer Support & Consulting: Able to relate to vendors' products and services to assist in improving contracting processes. Tools & Technology: Incorporate the use of technology into daily work life to improve own efficiency. Negotiating and Contracting: Applying contractual understanding to effectively prepare agreements and pricing files. Managing Projects: Effectively manages his or her own assigned projects to achieve goals and provides deliverables. Optimize Relationships Seeks to understand others by noticing and responding to nonverbal behavior.

 

Qualifications:

 

Because you’re committed to excellence, you understand the importance of being properly prepared for your role at Mercy. That’s why you’ll bring to your role the right set of qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's degree (BS, BA), or lieu of degree, substantial equivalent experience in business, supply chain management, contracting, vendor relations, or related field.
  • 3 years of progressively responsible experience in a team setting or matrix business environment with a GPO or other healthcare-related field in the area of contract analysis or administration.
