Responsible for the development and execution of innovative Member Collaboration and Organizational Development solutions, as well as implementation of new business with prospective Members. Must have a thorough understanding of the contracts and services offered by ROI across all offerings. Indirectly manage ROI resources and engage subject matter experts and other pertinent co-workers in the achievement of individual and organizational goals. Develop a comprehensive Organizational Development program that allows ROi to retain the best talent.
Develop multi-year tactical plan to support the Organizational Development and Growth (external) strategic focus areas, including timing, resources, phases, steps and milestones.
Develop more detailed plans for the efforts/initiatives that will be accomplished in the current fiscal year.
Demonstrate support and leadership towards the completion of one or more of the other strategic areas of focus.
Demonstrate support and leadership towards achieving current and new Members annual cost savings and ROi revenue and EBITDA projections.
Create target list of key products and services to be converted within a decision matrix to best direct ROi's time, talent and resources towards achieving cost savings guarantees, and current and new Member penetration expectations.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field
Experience: 10+ years of operational management experience within the Healthcare Industry, with GPO experience strongly preferred.
Understanding of healthcare GPO pricing and use of market basket comparative pricing analyses, proven ability to provide outstanding customer service and consultation, ability to build sustainable customer relationships and loyalty, ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel, ability to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, environment, self-motivated problem solver; approach projects, problems and issues in a logical/systemic manner; research issues to the lowest level to secure answers and resolve issues decisively, effective organization and time management skills including multi-tasking and the ability to set/adapt to changing priorities, ability to lead, direct and motivate team members to meet or exceed expectations and possess verbal and written communication skills to include: facilitating group discussions/presentations; and communicating complex and technical information in a clear, concise manner.
Travel: Ability to travel up to 50%
