Responsibilities and Qualifications

Responsibilities:

 

 

The Manager-Auditing & Compliance works closely with all departments within ROi to ensure compliance with the Company's Quality Management System.

 

The Manager-Auditing & Compliance is responsible for leading & documenting internal ROi audits, leading and documenting external supplier audits, 3rd party manufacturer audits and contractor audits for CPS and Private Label. The Manager-Auditing & Compliance is responsible for overseeing the CPS & Private Label complaint process and the effective resolution thereof.

 

This position will assist in identifying compliance risks and communicating this to ROi Management. This position will be tasked with assisting the Exec Director-Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs in other assignments as required. This person is responsible to perform duties in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards. Must be able to function independently with minimal supervision.

 

Qualifications:

 

Because you’re committed to excellence, you understand the importance of being properly prepared for your role at Mercy. That’s why you’ll bring to your role the right set of qualifications:

 

  • Bachelors of Science degree
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in auditing current good manufacturing practices (cGMP in the medical device, drug and manufacturing fields). Quality Systems Regulations (QSR) Part 820 required. Experience in critical evaluation of defects, complaints or non-conformances. Medical device experience required.
