Responsibilities and Qualifications

Overview:


Focuses on Concierge Services and Co-worker Store and oversees the operations of them. Will also coordinate services the department provides.  Will assist with publication and distribution of informational materials. Performs related duties as assigned.

 

  • Performs a variety of customer service related tasks including answering telephones, greeting customers, assisting customers, as well as a complete range of cashiering functions.
  • Oversees pricing and tagging of merchandise as well as stocking, housekeeping, cleaning, straightening the Co-worker Store.
  • Coordinates Marketing and promotion of concierge services and events, proactively educating co-workers on the resources and programs available to them through the Concierge services. This includes cultivating relationships, adding and increasing co-worker users and usage, and building co-worker loyalty, trust and confidence.
    Maintains store appearance and merchandise presentation in the Co-worker Store.
  • Accurately maintain records as it relates to gift cards inventory and other product inventory.
  • Assist with consistant inventory cycle counts.
  • Responsible for recieveing in weekly inventory shipments.
  • Responsible for proper cash handling procedures and weekly reconciliation.
  • Performs additional duties as directed.

Qualifications:

Education: High school
Experience: Prior experience in retail, merchandising or customer service.
Other: Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities: Candidate should also be well versed in Microsoft Word, Excel, A.P processing, data entry and internet navigation. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are a must. Ability to multi-task, attention to detail and follow-through. Working Conditions, Mental and Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 35 to 50 lbs.; can bend, kneel and stand for long periods of time. Physical demands are attached plus push, pull, and grip up to 30 lbs., pinch up to 10 lbs., kneel, crouch, and crawl not applicable.
