Seeking a manager level candidate with strong subject matter foundation and passion for driving improvement in sustainability performance especially as it relates to reprocessing and recycling services. Responsible for strategic thinking as it applies to the continued development of ROi’s Reprocessing program. Manages and leads team of field based collection specialist to ensure facility level needs are met respective to collections of used and soiled products. Must possess content and experiential knowledge that includes contracting requirements, supplier interactions and environmental challenges. Accountable for advancing reprocessing and recycling program by developing, implementing, managing and evaluating all aspects of the strategy in order to achieve the desired business results. This leadership position will be expected to understand the end to end supply chain process, services, products, employees and challenges.
A key focus of this position is to expand the current program to include new product lines and spin off services to improve the financial performance of ROi and our customers. Establish the ROi process to increase collection rates and performance monitoring for ROi Members within respective products and services that meet our high standards of quality, competitive pricing, and service. Additionally, candidate will provide insights, resources, tools and actions to drive performance to achieve organizational objectives. This Manager will report to the Director of Private Label Products and Services. Candidate will perform duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.
Leads ROi’s Reprocessing and Recycling program as well as team members supporting the business.
Strive for continuous improvement to reprocessing and recycling program to make ROi and our members best in class with regards to limiting landfill waste and providing alternate energy sources.
Builds and maintains close relationships with business leadership in order to understand the disruptive impact of innovative sustainability focused products and services on our customers business and strategic goals.
Collaborates with ROi leadership and members to develop and execute strategic vision for continued evolution of ROi’s Reprocessing and Recycling program.

Minimum Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
Preferred Education: Engineering background preferred
