    Responsibilities and Qualifications

    Overview

    ROi is looking for a high performing member with prior experience in actively managing and sourcing a portfolio consisting of Food, Environmental Services and products.

    Job Description Responsibilities

    • End to end project management, including: defining category strategy, engaging with ROi Members, interpreting data, understanding category market, sourcing, negotiations, and implementation
    • Optimize current contracts within the portfolio by driving savings for ROi Members
    • Continual Member facing communication to drive compliance and development towards current contracts as well as promoting newly signed contracts to Member
    • Actively seek new opportunities for contract coverage by using available data and collaborating with ROi Members
    • Lead negotiation meetings
    • Resolve supplier and Member concerns
    • Achieve and grow the targeted revenue for the portfolio and contracts assigned
    • Lead standing and Ad-Hoc Service Lines to understand ROi Member needs and help drive compliance
    • Possibility for 1-3 direct reports
    • Identify gaps and opportunities within ROi’s current contract portfolio

    Qualifications:

    Required

    • Education - Bachelor's degree
    • Experience - 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in a product management, business development, and contract management.
    • Other Skills & Knowledge –
      • Prior experience in healthcare environment
      • Experience presenting to customer and C suite level professionals
      • Contract negotiation experience
      • Proficient in interpreting data and analytics

    Preferred

    • Education – Master’s degree in Business or Health Administration (or currently/will complete within 3 years)
    • Previous leadership experience in both projects and people
    • Sales experience highly desirable
