Support the Director of Group Contracting and the Medical/Surgical and Pharmacy Contract Managers in the development, analysis, maintenance and standardization of contract pricing and terms throughout the group purchasing contract portfolio. Provide Mercy utilization data and comparative summaries of analysis of competitive contract proposals and against current
pricing, terms and conditions. Analysis is focused on determining the best contract options for maximizing quality and service while achieving standardization, cost control and performance improvement. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

Experience: 3-5 years contracting experience in healthcare supply chain.
-Five years of applicable materials/resource optimization or business experience
Other skills & knowledge:

-Proficiency in data-base management with business software
tools including Microsoft Word, Excel and Access
-Proven skills in contract and data analysis
-Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
