The main focus for this role is to work with all hospital clinical departments (nursing, OR, GI, CCL/EP/IR, Imaging) were supplies are used and provide support through product conversions and with ongoing product education. Will not only play a key role with implementing GPO conversions, but will also provide ongoing support for other supply initiatives.

CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGEMENT
Responsible for the delivery of safe, quality and cost efficient service to clinical departments
Promotes communication and collaboration in resolving product issues, implementing product conversions while working in partnership with leaders, vendors, customers and staff.
Responsibile for problem/conflict resolution related to products and GPO/local implementations.
Assesses and utilizes lean methodology to drive performance improvement and cost efficiency while developing best practices.
Perform and utilize data analysis to assist in decision making on implementing projects/ product categories
Practice supports all department goals. Specific goals for this position will most likely be related to product conversions and product issue resolution.

Runs reports and analyzes data. Utilizes metrics to measure performance of dept(s).
Acts as department resource for hardware/sofware issues.
Demonstrates ability to adapt to new technology, as introduced.
Demonstrates proficiency with Microsoft Office software functions, as necessary.
