Process information received on service requests and dispatch calls using a range of communication methods; deploy service resources available to best meet customer needs and to optimize efficient use of those resources; monitor status of calls and initiate action to solve problems and to provide timely, quality service to customers with the established guidelines of practice. The goals of St. John’s Health System, the philosophy of the Sisters of Mercy, the Code of Professional and Business Ethics and the employee code of conduct. Performs related duties as assigned.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred Experience: 1 year of Dispatch experience and 2 years of Customer Service Experience.
Other: Strong computer skills, must be able to handle several activities simultaneously. Must be courteous and customer service oriented.
